COVID-19 has us all feeling discombobulated, so what can we do to bring some type of normalcy to our daily lives?

    2. Incorporate “me time”.
    3. Be creative.
    4. Start and/or finish projects.
    5. Stay hydrated, exercise and eat healthy meals.
